E. Commonly Asked Questions:

  1. What type of Vehicle is used?

Usually, a cozy SUV is used for this small-group excursion. It has air conditioning in the summer and heating in the winter. Depending on the needs, the tour may occasionally be given in a van or shuttle bus for larger parties.

2. Is this a good sightseeing tour?

Indeed. This sightseeing tour is AMAZING. On this 9.5-hour tour, we show you the majority of what the Niagara region has to offer.

3. Is there ever a circumstance when a location is omitted from the tour?

The Hornblower Boat Cruise is not operating during the winter. Rather, we go to the journey Behind the Falls Attraction (or Skylon Tower in the event that Journey Behind the Falls is not accessible).

4. Are we inside the vehicle the whole tour?

No, we have to use a comfortable coach bus for transportation because the venues are dispersed. There are plenty opportunities to exit the car and take in your surroundings, though.

5. Is there assigned seating in the vehicle?

It is first come, first served for seating. If you need a reserved seat, do not hesitate to contact us, and we will do our best to help.

6. If the tour is sold out, is there is waiting list?

There are not any waiting lists, sorry. Making reservations as soon as possible will help you avoid disappointment.

7. Are cameras allowed on the tour?

Indeed. We want you to document the wonderful moments from your journey with us!

8. Should the tour guide be tipped by me?

The cost of your ticket does not include gratuities. Although it is not necessary, tips are always welcomed!

9. Are food and drink included on the tour? Can I bring my own?

This tour does not include any food, but you do get free bottles of water. You are welcome to bring your own refreshments, provided that you empty the car after the trip. There are lots of fast food restaurants nearby, or you may buy a ticket with a lunch add on.

10. Are kids ages 0-3 years of age free?

While there is no charge for infants ages 0 to 3, seats are not guaranteed. They might have to sit on someone’s lap if the car is packed. A guaranteed seat is yours if you buy one.
