We provide pickup and drop-off services for all hotels and B and Bs in the Greater Toronto area. In order to facilitate tours in six seater SUVs, we make an effort to keep group sizes modest. This enables us to pick you up from the address of your choice. The size of the group will determine the need of larger vehicles such as buses.

D. Cancellation Guidelines:

• Please feel free to reach out to us by phone or email if you need to change or cancel your dates for the Niagara Falls Day and Evening Private Tour. If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund. However, please note that if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, there will be no refund for the Day or Evening tour.
• It is important that you arrive on time for your small group tour of Niagara Falls. The pickup van will generally wait for a few minutes, but if you’re late and miss the trip, there will be no refund. We will provide you with the exact time and location of your pickup.
• In the event that your tour is canceled due to bad weather or other unforeseen circumstances, we will inform you as soon as possible and provide a full refund to your credit card or chosen payment method.
• If you need to reschedule your tour for a different time, there is no additional cost. However, if you wish to switch from a day tour to an evening tour, a bespoke tour, or vice versa, you will be required to pay the price difference. Please note that there are no extra processing costs. The cancellation policy will apply based on the original purchase time and the rescheduled experience start date.
• If you decide to switch to a less expensive tour, we will reimburse the price difference to your credit card.
• In the unlikely event of a bus or vehicle breakdown, we will make every effort to continue with the tour (a different vehicle may be sent to pick you up). However, there will be no refund for any time lost during the tour or for changing to a passenger vehicle. If a bus or other vehicle malfunction leads to the cancellation of the tour, we will provide a full refund.

1. What kind of vehicle is used?For this small group excursion, we typically use a cozy SUV that provides comfort all year round with air conditioning in the summer and heating in the winter. Depending on the size of the group, we may occasionally use a van or shuttle bus.
2.  Does this tour offer decent sightseeing?Absolutely! Prepare to be amazed on this 9.5-hour sightseeing tour as we show you the majority of what the Niagara region has to offer.
3. Is there ever a situation where a place is left off the tour itinerary?During the winter, we don’t operate the Hornblower Boat Cruise. However, in such cases, we make sure to visit other exciting attractions like the Journey Behind the Falls Attraction or Skylon Tower.
4. Do we spend the entire tour inside the car?Not at all! Since the venues are spread out, we use a comfortable coach bus for transportation. This allows for plenty of opportunities to stretch your legs and take in the surroundings.
5. Does the car have designated seating?Seating is on a first come, first served basis. However, if you require a reserved seat, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
6. Is there a waiting list in case the tour is fully booked?Unfortunately, we don’t maintain waiting lists. To avoid disappointment, we recommend making your reservations as soon as possible.
7. Can we bring cameras on tours? Of course! We encourage you to bring your cameras to capture the amazing memories of your Niagara Falls tour.
8. Do I give the tour guide a tip? While not mandatory, it is greatly appreciated if you wish to reward excellent service by tipping the tour guide. Please note that gratuities are not included in the ticket price.
9. 9. Does the tour include food and drink? Is it okay if I bring my own? The tour does not include any food, but we provide complimentary bottles of water. You are welcome to bring your own refreshments, but please remember to clean up after yourself. There are also plenty of fast food restaurants nearby, or you may purchase a ticket with a lunch add-on.
10. 10. Are children aged 0-3 years old free? Yes, infants aged 0 to 3 can join the tour for free. However, please note that seat allocation is not guaranteed. In the event that the vehicle is full, they may need to sit on a guardian’s lap. To ensure they have a seat, purchasing a ticket is recommended.
