Feel free to call or email us, to change or cancel Niagara Falls Day/Evening/Private Tours.

• Customers who call at least 24 hours ahead of the tour are eligible for FULL REFUND.
• A Day or Evening tour cancelled less than 24 hours FULL REFUND is not applicable.
• Be responsible to arrive on time to take part in the Niagara Falls small group tour. Our pickup vehicle will wait for few minutes. If the customer arrive late or miss the tour NO REFUND is released. We will send the pick up time and location through email.
• Due to poor weather or unforeseen circumstances, your tour is cancelled, you will receive FULL REFUND as soon as possible to your credit card or any other mode of payment.
• You can reschedule the activity to another date at free of cost.
• You can switch a Day tour to Evening tour, custom tour or vice versa. Make sure you pay the difference amount in the tour. There is no processing fee, additionally. If you reschedule a tour, the cancellation guidelines is applied based on the original purchase time and original start date of the activity.
• Customer who switch to less expensive tour are eligible for difference amount REFUND to the credit card.
• Bus/vehicle breakdown is rare and occasional. We will make all the efforts for you to continue the experience. We will also send you another vehicle(s) to pick you up. No FULL REFUND for any time lost on the tour or change in the vehicle. A tour if cancelled due to Bus/vehicle breakdown, we will release FULL REFUND.

A comfortable SUV is always used to conduct the small group tour. The vehicle is more flexible for summer and winter. Based on the strength of the group, shuttle bus or van is preferred.

2.Is Sightseeing affordable with this tour?

By all means, The tour is more favorable for sightseeing. We let you visit most of the attractions in the Niagara region on this 9.5 hours tour.

3.What if a location omitted from visiting?

Hornblower Cruise is not available during winter months. Alternately, journey behind-the-falls shall be taken or Skylon Tower is opted if Journey behind-the-falls is not available.

4.Should we stay inside the vehicle throughout the tour duration?

Not necessary. You are about to visit and explore various destinations. So, you will be get off the vehicle to explore a destination. For the purpose, we use comfort vehicle for transportation.

5.Can I assign my seating as per preference?

Seating arrangement is based on First-Come, First-Serve. Our customers shall reach out us for seat reservation in advance. We try our best.

6.Is there any waiting list for sold out tour?

There is no waiting list formally. However, book your tour as earlier as possible to avoid disappointment.

7.Shall I bring my camera for the excursion?

Of Course! You are invited with your cameras. We suggest our customers to freeze their precious moments.

8.Can I tip the guide?

Generally, our tour package does not cover gratuities. We appreciate tipping the guides though not mandatory.

9.Will I be provided with food and drink or should I bring of my own?

We provide food, complimentary and unlimited bottle water on the tour. Load you baggage with enough snacks and hydrated bars. Make sure you remove no garbage while leaving the tour vehicle at the end of the activity. You can opt for lunch add-on while booking your slot or get your meal at your choice of eateries.

10.Do kids require separate tickets?

Infants of age 0-3 years are allowed at free of cost. However, separate seating is not guaranteed. Our customers are asked to seat their kids on their lap, if the vehicle is filled with customers. Book individual tickets for kids for guaranteed seating.
