- Please call or email Us to change or cancel the tour. We release 80% REFUND to the customers who call at least 48 hours head to cancel. A tour cancelled less than 48 hours ahead 50% of the total booking fee (tax included) is charged.
- You should arrive on time to take part in the tour activity. You will not get REFUND if you arrive late or miss the experience. We will send pickup details and location through email.
- Due to poor weather or unforeseen circumstances, if your tour is cancelled, you will receive FULL REFUND as soon as possible to your credit card or any mode of payment, as applicable.
- You can reschedule the activity to another date at free of cost but make sure you make changes within 224 hours of booking.
- To switch your private tour to larger vehicle is possible. Pay the difference in the vehicle fee and there is no processing charges. To reschedule your activity, the cancellation Guidelines is applied based on the original purchase time of the activity and original start date of the activity.
- Bus/vehicle breakdown is rare and occasional. We will make all the efforts for you to continue the activity. We will send you another vehicle(s) to pick you up. We will not REFUND for any time lost in the tour or change in the vehicle. We release FULL REFUND if you cancel the tour for bus/vehicle breakdown.
