D. Cancellation Guidelines:
- Free feel to call or email us to change/cancel ”Private Tour Niagara Falls From Hamilton” tour dates. Customers shall receive 80% REFUND if they call at least 48 hours ahead to cancel. If a tour is cancelled less than 48 hours ahead 50% of the total booking fee (tax included) is charged.
- Be responsible to arrive on time to take part in the activity. If you arrive late or miss the tour, You will not receive FULL REFUND. We will send you pick up time and location through email.
- Due to poor weather or unforeseen circumstances, a tour is cancelled, you are eligible for FULL REFUND as soon as possible to your credit card or any other mode of payment, as applicable.
- You can reschedule the tour for another date at free of cost, but make sure that changes made within 24 hours of booking.
- You can switch you private tour to larger vehicle. Pay the difference amount in the vehicle fee. There is no additional processing charges. If you reschedule a tour, the cancellation guidelines are applied based on the original purchase time and original start date of the activity.
- If you switch to less expensive tour then we will send the difference amount to your credit card.
- Bus/vehicle breakdown is rare and occasional. We will make all the efforts for you to continue the tour. We will send another vehicle(s) to pick you up. We will not make REFUND for any time lost on the tour or any change in the vehicle. If a tour is cancelled due to Bus/vehicle breakdown, FULL REFUND is released.

Yes, you can create your own tour plan. The experiences shared above is just a suggestion. You can make your private tour your way.
2. May I know the pick up times?
Pickup timings depend on you. For private tours, most travelers are picked up between 9 and 11 AM.
3. Can I tip a guide?
Of Course, Tipping is always optional. If you enjoyed the tour and really wanted to appreciate your tour guide then gratuity is accepted. Only 10% to 20% tip is usual.
4. Is it possible for me to book the tour in different languages?
All our tour guides speaks fluent English and are licensed by Niagara Parks Commission. Further, if you prefer a tour in different language then you may have to pay for stand-alone tour guide.
5. How long should I walk in the tour?
The amount of walking is up to you. Niagara-on-the-lake, an old historic town offers quite a lot of walking over there. Whereas, Niagara Falls a modern and accessible town that offers appreciable walking over there. The amount of walking and places to visit are inter-relatable.
