We will pick you up in a cozy, air-conditioned car from any Brampton hotel or bed and breakfast.

D. Cancellation Guidelines:

• For up to 4 persons, the Brampton to Niagara Falls private tour can be canceled or changed in date. Contact us by phone or email. If customers cancel by phone at least 24 hours in advance, they will receive a FULL REFUND. A private tour will not be refunded if it is canceled with less than 24 hours notice.
• It is your obligation to arrive on time for your private tour. There will be no refund if you come late and miss the tour. We will send you the exact time and location of your pickup.
• Should your tour be canceled for any reason (bad weather or other unanticipated events), you will be informed as soon as possible and will get a FULL REFUND to your credit card or other payment method, if that is the case.
• Your tour can be rescheduled at no additional cost, but you must do it within 24 hours of making your reservation.
• You will be responsible for the difference in the vehicle charge if you decide to change your Private tour to a larger vehicle. There aren’t any extra processing costs. Rescheduled tours are subject to the cancelation policy in effect from the original purchase time and experience start date.
• In the event that you choose a less costly Private Tour, we will credit your credit card with the difference.
• All attempts will be made to carry on with the tour in the unlikely case of a bus or vehicle breakdown (a different vehicle or vehicles may be sent to pick you up). For any time missed during the tour or for a change in passenger vehicle, there will be NO REFUND. We will issue a complete refund in the event that the tour must be canceled due to a bus or vehicle breakdown.
