• You should arrive on time to participate in the activity. You will not get REFUND, if you arrive late or miss the experience. We will send pick up details and location through email.
• Due to poor weather or unforeseen circumstances, if your tour is cancelled, you will receive FULL REFUND as soon as possible to your credit card or any other mode of payment, as applicable.
• You can reschedule the activity to another date at free of cost, but ensure that you make changes 24 hours of booking.
• To switch your private tour to larger vehicle is possible. Pay the difference in the vehicle fee and there is no processing fee. To reschedule the activity, the cancellation guidelines is applied based on the original purchase time and original start date of the activity.
• Bus/vehicle breakdown is rare and occasional. We will make all the efforts for you to continue the tour. We will send another vehicle(s) to pick you up.
