We release FULL REFUND for customers who call us at least 24 hours ahead to cancel.

Also, we release NO REFUND for a Day or Evening tour that is cancelled less than 24 hours ahead.

• Be responsible to arrive on time to take part in the Oakville to Niagara Falls Tour Sunrise to Sunset. Our pick up vehicle will wait for few minutes. However, we release NO REFUND if you miss the tour or arrive late. We will send you pickup location and time details through email.
• Due to poor weather or unforeseen circumstances, your tour is cancelled, you will receive FULL REFUND to your credit card or any other mode of payment, as applicable.
• You can reschedule your activity to another date at free of cost.
• You can switch your Day tour to Evening tour, custom tour or vice versa. Pay the difference amount in the vehicle fee. There is no processing fee, additionally. If you reschedule the tour, the cancellation guidelines are applied based on the original purchase time and original start date of the activity.
• You can switch the tour to less expensive activity. We release the difference amount in the tour fee to your credit card.
• Bus/vehicle breakdown is rare and occasional. We will all efforts for you to continue the tour. We will send another vehicle(s) to pick you up. NO REFUND is released for any time lost on the tour or change in the vehicle. We release FULL REFUND, if a tour is cancelled due to bus/vehicle breakdown.

1. May I know the type of vehicle used?

We use comfortable SUV to conduct the small group tour. The vehicle is climate-friendly and affordable to use both in summer and winter. For large groups, we use shuttle bus or van based on group size.

2. Is the tour optimal for sightseeing?

Of course! You will enjoy this awe-inspiring sightseeing tour. With this almost 10-hour tour, we enable you to witness most of the attractions of Niagara.

3. Does any of the location get omitted from the tour?

Hornblower Boat Cruise is not available in winter months. As an alternate, we opt for Journey Behind-the-falls. We also opt for Skylon Tower visit, if Journey Behind-the-Falls is also not available.

4. Is it necessary to stay inside the bus throughout the tour?

Absolutely No. There are many tour spots where you get off the bus and explore the area. We prefer comfortable vehicle for cozy transportation.

5. Can we get seating assigned in the vehicle?

Seating are assigned based on first-come, first-serve. Contact us for earlier seat assigning. We will try our best.

6. Shall I get wait listed, if a tour is sold out?

We insist our travelers book the tour as early as possible before all bookings go sold out. There is no waiting list out here.

7. Is it possible for me to bring my cameras?

By all means, you shall bring your cameras and freeze all the memorable moments in the tour with us.

8. Can I tip the guide?

Tipping is not encouraged but appreciable. Also, we do not include gratuity in the ticket fee.

9. Should I bring my own food and drink? Are they provided in the tour?

Complimentary bottle water is included in the ticket fee. We serve NO FOOD. Bring your snacks and energy bars to retain yourself energetic. Trash all garbage off the vehicle before you leave the shuttle once for all. You shall have your lunch at local eateries or book your lunch add-on at the time of booking the tour.

10.Are kids aged up to 3 years charged?

No tickets for toddlers and do not guarantee for seating. Infants shall occupy their parents’ lap if all the seats are filled-in. We guarantee seating if you buy separate ticket for your infant.
