If you decide to cancel and notify us at least 48 hours in advance via phone, you will receive a full refund. However, please note that if the cancellation is made with less than 48 hours notice, the payment for the private tour will not be refunded.
- We kindly request that you arrive on time for your private tour as scheduled. In the event that you are late and miss the tour, we regret to inform you that no refund will be issued. Rest assured, we will provide you with the exact time and location details for your pickup.
- In the unlikely event that your tour needs to be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or any other unexpected events, we will notify you as soon as possible. If this occurs, you will receive a full refund to your credit card or the payment method used.
- Should you wish to reschedule your tour, you may do so within 24 hours of making your initial reservation at no additional cost.
- If you decide to change your Private Tour to a larger vehicle, please note that you will be responsible for covering the difference in the vehicle charge. However, there are no extra processing costs involved. Conversely, in the event that you choose a less costly Private Tour, we will credit your credit card with the price difference.
- In the unlikely event of a bus or vehicle breakdown during the tour, our team will make every effort to continue with the tour. We may provide you with a different vehicle or vehicles to pick you up. However, please note that there will be no refund for any missed time during the tour or for a change in passenger vehicle. Rest assured, if the tour must be canceled due to a bus or vehicle breakdown, we will issue a full refund.
