C. Cancellation Guidelines:
Email or call us to change/cancel the private tour. Full refund for customers is possible if they call at least 24 hours to cancel/change. Private tour cancelled less than 24 hours will not allow FULL REFUND.
- You should arrive on time to your private tour and its your responsibility. If you arrive late or miss the tour, you are not eligible for FULL REFUND. Check your email for pickup timings and location details.
- Due to poor weather or unexpected circumstances, your tour is cancelled/changed, You are intimated about it as soon as possible and receive FULL REFUND to your credit card or any other mode of payment, if applicable.
- Reschedule your tour/activity at free of cost to another date. Make sure that you request 24 hours ahead of your activity booking.
- Switching your vehicle to larger requires payment of the difference in the vehicle fee. No extra processing fee. If you decide to reschedule the tour then the cancellation guidelines applies based on the initial purchase time and original start date of the tour.
- We pay the difference amount to your credit card if you switch to a less expensive private tour.
- Bus/vehicle breakdown is occasional. We will make all the efforts to continue the tour. We will send another vehicle to pickup you where you stopped. If the tour is cancelled due to the breakdown of the bus/vehicle, you will get FULL REFUND. For any time lost on the tour or changes in the passenger vehicle, we will not make refund.

Yes! You can create your own experience schedules. The activity explained above is just a suggestion. You can set your private trip in your way.
2. May I know the pickup times?
Your choice. Most of the travelers are picked between 9 and 11 AM for private trips.
3. Is it okay to tip the guide?
Tipping is always optional. If you enjoy the time and want to appreciate your guide, we encourage the gratuities. Only 10-20% gratuities allowed as usual tip.

5. How Long should I walk in the trip?
