Please give a call or email Us for any change in your Niagara Falls Half-Day private tour from Brampton. We offer FULL REFUND to the customers who call 48 hours ahead of the activity to cancel. Probably a tour, if, cancelled less than 48 hours ahead of the activity, we will not exercise REFUND.
- You should arrive on time to participate your activity. You will not get FULL REFUND if you arrive late or miss the activity. We will send you pickup details and location through email.
- Due to poor weather and unforeseen circumstances, if, your tour is cancelled, you shall recieve FULL REFUND as soon as possible to your credit card or any other mode of payment.

- To switch your private tour to larger vehicle is possible. Pay the difference in the vehicle fee and no processing fee. - Bus/vehicle breakdown is rare and occasional. We will make all efforts for you to continue the tour. We will send another vehicle(s) to pick you up. We will not REFUND for any time lost on the tour or change in the vehicle. We release FULL REFUND if you cancel the tour for bus/vehicle breakdown.
