E. Cancellation Guidelines:
- For changes to or cancellations of your private tour date, please contact us by phone or email. Clients who cancel over the phone with at least 24 hours notice will get a FULL REFUND. If you have less than 24 hours’ notice to cancel a private tour, you will not receive your money back.
- It is your responsibility to get at your private tour on time. If you arrive late and miss the tour, there is no return. We’ll notify you of the precise time and place of your pickup.
- In the unlikely event that your trip may be cancelled due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible and will receive a FULL REFUND to your credit card or other payment method, if that isis the case.
- You have up to 24 hours from the time of booking to reschedule your tour at no extra expense.
- If you choose to switch to a larger vehicle for your private tour, you will be liable for the difference in the vehicle charge. There aren’t any additional processing fees. Tours that are rescheduled are subject to the cancellation policy in force as of the experience start date and the original purchase time. Should you opt for a less expensive private tour, the difference will be credited to your credit card.
- The tour will be attempted to continue even in the unlikely event of a bus or vehicle breakdown (you might be picked up by another vehicle or vehicles). Regarding any time missed during the tour or for a change in passenger vehicle, there will be NO REFUND.
