Comfort pick up and drop off from Hamilton hotels and BnB in the area. We prefer small sized groups so that 6-seater SUVs are sufficient to pick up from preferred location. Based on group size, larger vehicle/bus are used.

D. Cancellation Guidelines:

Feel free to call or email us, to change or cancel Niagara Falls Day/Evening/Private tours.

• Customers who call at least 24 hours of the start of tour are eligible for FULL REFUND.
• A day or evening tour cancelled less than 24 hours FULL REFUND is not applicable.
• Be responsible to arrive on time to take part in the Niagara Falls from Hamilton Day and Evening Tour. Our pick up vehicle will wait for few minutes. If the customer arrives late or miss the tour NO REFUND is released. We will send the pick time and location details through email.
• Due to poor weather or unforeseen circumstances, your tour is cancelled, you will receive FULL REFUND as soon as possible to your credit card or any other mode of payment, as applicable.
• You can reschedule the activity to another date at free of cost.
• You can switch a Day tour to Evening tour, custom tour or vice versa. Make sure you pay the difference amount in the tour. There is no processing fee, additionally. If you schedule a tour, the cancellation guidelines is applied based on the original purchase time and original start date of the activity.
• Customer who switch to less expensive tour are eligible for difference amount REFUND to the credit card.
• Bus/vehicle breakdown is rare and occasional. We will make all efforts for you to continue the tour. We will send another vehicle(s) to pick you up. NO REFUND for any time lost on the tour or change in the vehicle. A tour, if, cancelled due to bus/vehicle breakdown, we will release FULL REFUND.

1.What mode of transport is preferred?

A comfortable SUV is always used to conduct a small group tour. The vehicle is more flexible for summer and winter. Based on the size of the group, shuttle bus or van is used.

2.Is sightseeing affordable with the tour?

By all means, the tour is favorable for sightseeing. We let you visit most of the attractions in the Niagara Region on this Day and Evening tour.

3.What if a location omitted from the visiting?

Hornblower tour is not available during winter months. Alternately, journey behind-the-falls shall be take or Skylon Tower is opted if journey behind-the-falls is also not available.

4.Should we have to stay within the vehicle throughout the tour duration?

Not necessary. You are about to visit and explore various destinations. So, you will be get off the vehicle/bus to explore a destination. For the purpose, we use comfort vehicle for transportation.

5.Can I assign my seating as per preference?

Seating arrangements are based on First-come, First-serve. Customer shall reach out to us for seat reservation in advance. We try our best.

6.Is there any waiting list for sold out tour?

There is no waiting list, formally. However, book your tour as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.

7.Shall I bring my camera for the excursion?

Of Course! You are invited with your cameras. We suggest our customers to freeze out their precious moments.

8.Can I tip the guide?

Generally, out tour package does not cover gratuities. We appreciate tipping the guide though not mandatory.

9. Will I be provided with food and drink or should I bring of my own?

We provide food, complimentary and unlimited bottle water on the tour. Load your baggage with enough snacks and hydrated bars. Make sure you remove no garbage while leaving the tour vehicle at the end of the activity. You can opt for lunch add-on while booking your slot or get your meal at eateries of your preferences.

10.Do kids require separate tickets?

Infants of age 0-3 ages shall participate at free of cost. However, We cannot guarantted separate seating. Customers shall place their kids on their lap, if all the seat are occupied. Book individual tickets for the kids for guaranteed seating.
