• If customers cancel by phone at least 24 hours in advance, they will receive a FULL REFUND.
• A Day or Evening Tour will not be refunded if it is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
• It is your responsibility to be on time for your small-group tour of Niagara Falls. The pickup truck will typically wait a few minutes, but there will not be a refund if you come late and miss the trip. We will send you the exact time and location of your pickup.
• You will be informed as soon as possible and will receive a FULL REFUND to your credit card or other payment method, if your tour is canceled for any reason (bad or other unanticipated events).
• There is no charge to reschedule your tour for a different time.
