In the Greater Toronto Area, we provide hotels and B&Bs pickup and drop off services. To enable trips to be done in six-seater SUVs, we make an effort to keep group sizes modest. This enables to us to collect you from the place of your choosing. Depending on the size of the group, larger vehicles like buses will be needed.
D. Cancellation Guidelines:
- Please contact or call us to modify or cancel your Niagara Falls Day, Evening, or Private Tour reservations.
- If customers cancel by phone at least 24 hours in advance, they will receive a FULL REFUND.
- A Day or Evening Tour will not be refunded if it is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
- It is your responsibility to be on time for your small-group tour of Niagara Falls. The pickup truck will typically wait a few minutes, but there will not be a refund if you come late and miss the trip. We will send you the exact time and location of your pickup.
- You will be informed as soon as possible and will receive a FULL REFUND to your credit card or other payment method, if your tour is canceled for any reason (bad or other unanticipated events).
- There is no charge to reschedule your tour for a different time.
- You will be required to pay the difference in tour price if you want to change your tour from a day tour to an evening tour, a bespoke tour, or vice versa. There are not any extra processing costs. The cancelation policy is applicable depending on the original purchase time and experience start date if you reschedule.
- We will reimburse the difference to your credit card if you choose to transfer to a less costly trip.
- All attempts will be made to carry on with the tour in the unlikely case of a bus or vehicle breakdown (a different vehicle may be sent to pick you up). No, we have to use a comfortable coach bus for transportation because the venues are dispersed. There are plenty opportunities to exit the car and take in your surroundings, though.

There is no charge for infants ages 0 to 3, but seats are not guaranteed. They might have to sit on someone’s lap if the car is packed. A seat is assured if you buy one.
