C. Cancellation Guidelines:
- Please contact us via phone or email if you need to modify or cancel your tour dates. If customers cancel by phone at least seven days in advance, they will receive an 80% refund. And 50% of the total booking price (taxes included) is charged if a tour is canceled less than 7 days in advance.
- It is your obligation to arrive on time for your private tour. There will be no refund if you come late and miss the tour. We will send you the exact time and location of your pickup.
- Should your tour be canceled for any reason (bad weather or other unanticipated events), you will be informed as soon as possible and will get a FULL REFUND to your credit card or other payment method, if that is the case.
- Your tour can be rescheduled at no additional cost, but you must do it within 24 hours of making your reservation.
- You will be responsible for the difference in the vehicle charge if you decide to change your private tour to a larger vehicle. There are not any extra processing costs. The cancelation policy is applicable depending on the original purchase time and tour start date if you reschedule. In the event that you choose a less costly private tour, we will credit your credit card with the difference.
- In the extremely unlikely event of a bus or vehicle breakdown, every attempt will be made to carry on with the tour (you might be picked up by another vehicle or vehicles). Any time missed during the tour or for a change in the passenger car will not be reimbursed. In the event that a bus or other vehicle breaks down, we will issue a complete refund.
