D. Cancellation Guidelines:
Feel free to call or email us to change/cancel the ”Hamilton to Niagara Falls Private Half Day Tour.” Customers shall receive FULL REFUND if you call at least 24 hours ahead to cancel. A private tour, if, cancelled less than 24 hours ahead, you will not get FULL REFUND.
- Be responsible to arrive on time to take part in the tour. If you arrive late or miss the tour, you will not get FULL REFUND. We will send you pick up location and time details through the email.
- Due to poor weather or unforeseen circumstances, your tour is cancelled, you will be eligible to get FULL REFUND as soon as possible to your credit card or through any mode of payment, as applicable.
- You can reschedule the tour to another date at free of cost, but make sure the changes are made within 24 hours of booking.
- You can switch your private tour to larger vehicle. Pay the difference amount in the vehicle fee. There is no additional processing charges. If you reschedule the tour, the cancellation guidelines are applied based on the original purchase time and original start date of the activity. If you are switching your tour to less expensive tour, we will REFUND the difference amount to your credit card.
- Bus/vehicle breakdown is rare and occasional. We will make all the efforts for you to continue the tour. We will send you another vehicle(s) to pick you up. We will not REFUND you for any time lost on the tour or change in the vehicle. If the tour is cancelled due to bus/vehicle breakdown, we release FULL REFUND.
