• Be responsible to arrive on time to take part in the tour/activity. If you arrive late or miss the tour you will get NO REFUND. We will send you pick up location and time details through email.
• Due to poor weather or unforeseen circumstances, a tour is cancelled You will receive FULL REFUND as soon as possible to your credit card or any other mode of payment, as applicable.
• You can reschedule the tour to another date at free of cost, but make sure that changes made within 24 hours of booking.
• You can switch your private tour to larger vehicle. Pay the difference amount in the vehicle fee. There is no processing charges, additionally. If you reschedule the tour, the cancellation Guidelines are applied based on the original purchase time and original start date of the activity.
• If you switch the tour to less expensive tour, We REFUND the difference amount to your credit card.
• Bus/vehicle breakdown is rare and occasional. We will make all efforts for you to continue the tour. We will send another vehicle(s) to pick you up. NO REFUND is released for any time lost on the tour or change in the vehicle. If the tour is cancelled due to bus/vehicle breakdown, we release FULL REFUND.
