- Lastly in the event that you tour is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, we will notify you at the earliest opportunity and ensure a full refund is processed to your credit card or preferred payment method.
- Rescheduling your tour to another date is permitted without any charge, provided it is done within 24 hours of booking.
- Additionally, if you wish to upgrade to a larger vehicle for your private tour, the only cost incurred will be the difference in vehicle fees without any extra processing charges. However, it is important to note that if you reschedule a tour, the cancelation policy applies based on the original booking time and initial start date of the experience. Conversely, if you switch to a less expensive Private Tour, the price difference will be refunded to your credit card.
- In the unlikely case of a bus or a vehicle breakdown, every effort will be made to continue the tour, possibly by sending another vehicle to pick you up. However, please be aware that there will be no refund for any time lost during the tour or for any changes in the type of passenger vehicle. Should the tour be canceled due to a bus or vehicle breakdown, a full refund will be issued.
