E. Cancellation Guidelines:
Feel free to call or Email us to change or cancel the private tour. Full refund for customers is possible if they call at least 24 hours ahead to cancel. Private tour cancelled less than 24 hours will not allow full REFUND.
- You should arrive on time to your private tour and its your responsibility. You are not eligible for REFUND if arrives late or miss the tour. We will specify your pick-up time and location through email.
- In case your tour is cancelled (due to poor weather or unexpected circumstances), you are notified about it as soon as possible and receive FULL REFUND to your credit card or any other mode of payment, as applicable.
- You can Reschedule your Tour to another date at free of cost. However, make sure you request for the change within 24 hours of booking.
- Switching your private tour to a larger vehicle requires payment of the difference in the vehicle fee. No extra processing fee. If you decide to reschedule the tour then the cancellation policy applies based on the initial purchase time and the original start date of the tour.
- We will repay the difference to your credit card if you switch to a less expensive private tour.
- In occasional case of bus/vehicle breakdown, we will make all the efforts to continue the tour. It involves sending another vehicle to pick you up. If the tour is cancelled due to breakdown of bus/vehicle, you will get FULL REFUND. No refund is released for any time lost on the tour or changes in the passenger vehicle.
