C. Cancellation Guidelines:
Email/call us to change or cancel the private tour. FULL REFUND for customers is possible if they call at least 24 hours to change/cancel. Private tour cancelled less than 24 hours will not allow FULL REFUND.
- Arrive on time to your private tour and it is your responsibility. If you arrive late or miss the tour, you are not eligible for FULL REFUND. Check your email for pickup details and location.
- Due to poor weather or unexpected circumstances, your tour is cancelled/changed, you are intimated about this as soon as possible and receive FULL REFUND to your credit card or any other mode of payment, if applicable.
- Reschedule your tour/activity to another date, at free of cost. Make sure that you request 24 hours ahead of your activity booking.
- Switching your vehicle to larger requires payment of the difference in the vehicle fee. No extra processing fee. If you decide to reschedule the tour, the cancellation guidelines applies based on the initial purchase time and original start date of the activity.
- Bus/vehicle breakdown is occasional. We will make all the efforts to continue the tour. We will send another vehicle to pick you up from where you stopped. If the tour is cancelled due to bus/vehicle breakdown, you will get FULL REFUND. For any time lost on the tour or changes in the passenger vehicle, we will not make REFUND.

Your choice. Most of the travelers are picked up between 9 and 11 AM for private trips.
