- Voyage To The Falls Cruise:
The Voyage to the Falls cruise is a seasonal attraction that offers Fast Track access via the Funicular Incline Railway. Please note that during the winter months when the cruise is not available, we will substitute it with either the Journey Behind The Falls or Skylon Tower experience.

Experience the awe-inspiring power of the river, witnessing the mighty rapids in the Niagara Gorge. These rapids converge, creating a mesmerizing counterclockwise motion. If you’ve added the Helicopter Tour, we’ll drop off those customers at the Helipad during this time.

E. Cancellation Guidelines:
Feel free to call or Email us to change or cancel the private tour. Full refund for customers is possible if they call at least 24 hours ahead to cancel. Private tour cancelled less than 24 hours will not allow full REFUND.
- It is your responsibility to be on time for your small-group tour of Niagara Falls. The pickup truck will typically wait a few minutes, but there won’t be a refund if you come late and miss the trip. ToNiagara will send you the exact time and location of your pickup.
- You’ll be informed as soon as possible and will receive a FULL REFUND to your credit card or other payment method, if your tour is cancelled for any reason (bad weather or other unanticipated events).
- There is no cost to reschedule your tour for a different time.
- You will be required to pay the difference in the tour price if you want to change from a day tour to an evening tour, a bespoke tour, or vice versa. There aren’t any extra processing costs. The cancellation policy is applicable depending on the original purchase time and experience start date if you reschedule.
- ToNiagara will reimburse the difference to your credit card if you choose to transfer to a less costly trip.
- All attempts will be made to carry on with the tour in the unlikely case of a bus or vehicle breakdown (a different vehicle may be sent to pick you up.) For any time lost on the tour or for changing in a passenger vehicle, there will be NO REFUND. ToNiagara will offer a complete refund if a bus or other vehicle malfunction causes the tour to be cancelled.

- Is it possible to create our Experiences?
Of course, you can design your own experiences. However the activity mentioned in the above experiences is just a suggestion. You can set your private trip in your way.
2. May I know the pick up times?
Its up to you. Most of the travelers are picked up between 9 and 11 AM for private trips.
3. Shall I tip the Guide? Is it Okay?
Tipping is always optional. And of course if your time is enjoyable and you want to appreciate your trip guide then we encourage gratuities. We recommend 10-20% as usual tip.
4. Are you providing trips in different languages?
Our guides speaks fluent English. They are licensed by Niagara Parks Commission. You are required to pay for the stand-alone trip guide on seeking for trip in different language.
5. How long should I walk in the trip?
It is up to you. Niagara-on-the-lake is quite a lot of walking there and also a few steps. Niagara Falls is more accessible. The duration of walk and places to cover are inter-relatable.
