C. Pickup Details:
All hotels and bed and breakfasts in the Greater Toronto Area are picked up and dropped off by us. In order to facilitate tours in six-seater SUVs, we make an effort to keep group sizes modest. This enables us to pick you up from the address of your choice. The size of the group will determine the need of larger vehicles, such as buses. When we get the booking request, we will confirm the pickup time and location.
D. Cancellation Guidelines:
- To change or cancel your Niagara Falls Day/Evening/Private Tour dates, please contact us by phone or email.
- If you call at least 24 hours ahead to cancel, you will receive a full refund. However, if you cancel a Day or Evening Tour less than 24 hours in advance, no refund will be provided.
- It is important that you arrive on time for your Niagara Falls Small-Group Tour. While the pickup vehicle will wait for a few minutes, if you arrive late and miss the tour, no refund will be provided. Your pickup time and location will be communicated to you via email by ToNiagara.
- In the event of a tour cancellation due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified promptly and receive a full refund to your credit card or any other applicable method of payment.
- If you need to reschedule your tour to another date, there is no charge for this service.
- To switch your tour from a day tour to an evening tour, custom tour, or vice versa, you will need to pay the price difference in the tour fee. There are no additional processing fees. Please note that if you reschedule an experience, the cancellation policy will still be based on the original purchase time and start date of the experience.
- If you switch to a less expensive tour, ToNiagara will refund the difference to your credit card.
- In the rare event of a bus or vehicle breakdown, every effort will be made to continue the tour by providing another vehicle or arranging pick-up. However, no refund will be provided for any time lost on the tour or changes to the passenger vehicle. If the tour is cancelled due to a breakdown, ToNiagara will issue a full refund.

1. Is there ever a situation where a location is omitted from the tour itinerary?
Regarding the tour itinerary, please note that during winter, when the Hornblower Boat Cruise is not operating, we will visit the Journey Behind the Falls Attraction instead. In exceptional cases where Journey Behind the Falls is not accessible, we will go to the Skylon Tower.
2. Do we spend the entire tour inside the car?
The tour is not conducted entirely inside the car. We use a comfortable coach bus for transportation as the venues are spread out. You will have plenty of opportunities to exit the vehicle and enjoy your surroundings.
3. Does the vehicle have designated seating?
Seating on the vehicle is on a first-come, first-served basis. However, if you need a reserved seat, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
4. Is there a waiting list in case the tour is fully booked?
We do not have waiting lists for fully booked tours. We recommend making reservations as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.
5. Are cameras permitted on the tour?
Cameras are absolutely permitted on the tour. We encourage you to capture wonderful memories of your experience with us.
6. Can I give the tour guide a tip?
Gratuities are not included in the ticket price. While tipping is not necessary, it is always greatly appreciated.
7. Does the tour include food and drink? Is it okay if I bring mine?
The tour does not include food, but complimentary bottles of water are provided. You are welcome to bring your own refreshments, as long as you remove any trash from the vehicle after the trip. There are also various fast-food restaurants nearby, or you have the option to purchase a ticket with a lunch add-on.
8. Are children who are 0-3 years old free to enter?
Children aged 0 to 3 enter free of charge but seats are not guaranteed. If the vehicle is full, they may have to sit on someone’s lap. However, a seat is guaranteed if you purchase one for them.
9. Which kind of car is being used?
Typically, a cozy SUV is used for this small-group excursion. It is equipped with air conditioning for the summer and heating for the winter. Depending on the size of the party, a van or shuttle bus may be used on occasion.
10. Does this tour offer decent sightseeing?
This sightseeing tour is truly amazing. In the span of 9.5 hours, we will show you the majority of what the Niagara region has to offer.
