If you choose to cancel via phone, make sure to do so at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled tour time in order to receive a full refund. However, please note that if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, the private tour will not be refunded.
- It is important that you arrive on time for your private tour. If you arrive late and miss the tour, we regret to inform you that no refund will be provided. Rest assured, we will provide you with the exact time and location for your pickup.
- In the unlikely event that your tour needs to be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather or other unforeseen events, we will inform you as soon as possible. In such cases, you will receive a full refund to your credit card or any other payment method used for the booking.
- Should you wish to reschedule your tour, you have the option to do so at no additional cost, provided that you make the rescheduling request within 24 hours of making your original reservation.
- If you decide to change your private tour to a larger vehicle, please note that you will be responsible for paying the difference in the vehicle charge. However, no extra processing costs will be applied. On the other hand, if you choose a less costly private tour, we will credit the difference back to your credit card.
- In the unlikely event of a bus or vehicle breakdown during the tour, we will make every effort to continue with the tour by sending a different vehicle or vehicles to pick you up.
