1. We appreciate your interest in our services for exploring Niagara Falls and the Niagara on-the-Lake area. Our priority is to provide you with a comfortable experience, starting with picking you up at your hotel or B&B in a meticulously maintained car that can accommodate up to 6 passengers.
2. Please take note of our cancellation and refund policy. If you need to make changes or cancel a private tour, simply contact us via phone or email. If the cancellation is made at least 48 hours in advance, a full refund will be provided. However, if the cancellation is made less than 48 hours ahead, we won’t be able to provide a refund.
3. It is important to arrive on time for your private tour. If you happen to be late and miss the tour, we regret to inform you that no refund will be provided. We will ensure that you receive the information regarding your pickup time and location through email.
4. In the event that your tour needs to be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, we will promptly notify you and issue a full refund to your credit card or any other applicable payment method.
5. Rescheduling your tour to another date is free of charge, as long as it is done within 24 hours of booking. If you wish to switch your private tour to a larger vehicle, kindly note that you will be responsible for paying the difference in the vehicle fee. There are no additional processing fees. On the other hand, if you switch to a less expensive private tour, we will refund the difference to your credit card.
6. While it is rare, in the event of a bus or vehicle breakdown, we will make every effort to continue the tour by sending another vehicle or vehicles to pick you up. However, please note that no refund will be provided for any time lost during the tour or for any changes in the passenger vehicle. If the tour needs to be cancelled due to a bus or vehicle breakdown, we will gladly provide a full refund.
