Please give a call or email us for any change in the Brampton Half Day Tour. We will offer FULL REFUND to the customers who call us 48 hours ahead of the activity to cancel. Probably, a tour, if, cancelled less than 48 hours ahead of the activity, we will not exercise the REFUND.
- You should arrive on time to participate in the experiences. You will not get REFUND if you arrive late or miss the experiences. We will send you the pickup details and location through email.
- Due to poor weather or unforeseen circumstances, if your tour is cancelled, you will recieve FULL REFUND as soon as possible to your credit card or any other mode of payment.
- You can reschedule the activity to another date at free of cost but make sure to change within 24 hours of booking.
- To switch your private tour to larger vehicle is possible. Pay the difference in the vehicle fee and there is no processing fee. To reschedule your activity, the cancellation Guidelines is applied based on the original purchase time and original start date of the activity.
- Bus/vehicle breakdown is rare and occasional. We will make all the efforts for you to continue the tour. We will send another vehicle(s) to pick you up. We will not REFUND for any time lost in the tour or change in the vehicle. We will release FULL REFUND if your cancel the tour for bus/vehicle breakdown.

Pick up timings depend on you. For private tours, most of the travelers are picked up between 9 and 11 AM.
3.Can I tip the guide?
Yes, tipping is always optional. If you really enjoyed the experience and want to appreciate your tour guide, then gratuities are accepted.

All our tour guides speaks fluent English and are licensed by Niagara Parks Commission. Further, if you prefer tour in different language, you may have to pay for a stand-alone tour guide.
