E. Cancellation Guidelines:
- To change or cancel the date of your private tour, please get in touch with us by phone or email. Customers will receive a FULL REFUND if they cancel over the phone at least 24 hours in advance. If a private tour is cancelled with less than twenty-four hours’ notice, there will be no reimbursement.
- You are responsible for being on time for your private tour. If you arrive late and miss the tour, there won’t be any reimbursement. The precise time and location of your pickup will be sent to you.
- You will be notified as soon as possible in the event that your trip is cancelled due to inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances, and you will receive a FULL REFUND to your credit card or other payment method, if that is the case.
- You can reschedule your tour at no extra charge, but you have to do it within 24 hours of booking.
- If you choose to upgrade your private tour to a larger vehicle, you will be liable for the difference in the vehicle charge. No additional processing fees apply. The cancellation policy in force as of the original purchase time and experience start date applies to rescheduled tours. If you decide for a private tour that is less expensive, the difference will be credited to your credit card.
- In the unlikely event of a bus or vehicle breakdown, every effort will be taken to continue the tour (another vehicle or vehicles may be sent to pick you up). For any time missed during the tour or for a change in passenger vehicle, there will be NO REFUND. We will issue a complete refund in the event that the tour must be canceled due to a bus or vehicle breakdown.

- Can we create a schedule that suits our needs?It’s true that you can create your own schedule. You are free to create your own custom itinerary; the one above is only advice!
- When is it possible to pick up?It is entirely up to you! Most customers are picked up between 9 and 11 AM for their own transportation.
- Is it appropriate to tip the guide?If you believe that you had a positive experience with your tour guide and would like to show your appreciation, tips are definitely welcomed. A 10% to 20% gratuity is typical.
