- Bus/vehicle breakdowns are rare and occasional. We will make all efforts for you to continue the tour. We will also send you another vehicle(s) to pick you up. For any time lost on the tour or changing in the vehicle, NO REFUND you will get. However, we release a FULL REFUND, if a tour is cancelled due to bus/vehicle breakdown.
